Every McKesse machine is covered by warranty from the date of delivery. This page explains what’s covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

Warranty coverage

McKesse products include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s covered

• Pump, heating element and internal components that fail due to manufacturing defects.
• Battery performance that falls below 60% of original capacity within the warranty period.

What’s not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, drops, water ingress (beyond normal cleaning) or unauthorised repair.
• Normal wear and tear, including consumable seals and filters.
• Accessories unless defective at delivery.

Making a warranty claim

1. Email hello@mckesse.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
2. We may ask for photos or a short video to diagnose the fault.
3. Depending on the diagnosis we’ll repair, replace or refund — at no cost to you.
